個人情報保護に関する基本方針

株式会社ScaleWorX（以下、「当社」といいます）は、個人情報（本人を特定できる情報）を適切に取り扱うことは企業の重要な社会的責務であるとの認識に立ち、個人情報保護法及び関連法令等を遵守し、個人情報の保護について下記の通り基本ポリシーを定めるとともに、個人情報の保護・管理の徹底を図ります。

１．個人情報保護体制の確立

当社は、個人情報保護の重要性について認識し、個人情報保護に関する管理体制を確立します。個人情報の取得、利用について、管理規定を明文化するとともに、個人情報の適正な管理を行います。

２．個人情報の取得

当社は、個人情報を取得する際には、利用目的を明らかにし、本人の同意のもと、適法かつ公正な手段によって取得します。取得した個人情報は、予め明示した利用目的以外に利用することはありません。

３．個人情報の利用

当社が取得した個人情報は、以下の目的に利用します。

当社は、取得した個人情報をあらかじめ提示した利用目的にのみ使用します。また、本人の同意なく利用目的の範囲を超えて使用することはありません。

ただし、以下の場合は、関係法令に反しない範囲で、本人の同意なく個人情報を提供することがあります。

• 国の機関若しくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合で、本人の同意を得ることによりその事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
• 裁判所、検察庁、警察、弁護士会、消費者センターまたはこれらに準じた権限を有する機関から、個人情報についての開示を求められた場合
• 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の承諾を得ることが困難である場合
• 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴い個人情報を提供する場合であって、承継前の利用目的の範囲で取り扱われる場合

４. 個人情報の安全管理措置

当社は、取得した個人情報を厳密に管理し不正アクセス・漏洩・破壊・改ざんを防ぐための管理体制を整えています。個人情報保護についての管理と運用についてのルールと体制を定め、組織的、人的、物理的および技術的な安全管理措置を適切に講じます。また、個人情報を取り扱う役員および従業員等に対して、個人情報保護についての教育を徹底します。

５. 個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・消去

当社は、個人情報に関するご本人の権利を尊重し、本人より個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止または消去を求められたときは、個人を識別できる情報（氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスなど）により、本人であることを確認し、法令の定めに従い誠意をもって対応します。

６. 個人情報の提供と委託

当社は、取得した個人情報を、法令に基づく命令などを除き、あらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく第三者に提供することはありません。

当社は、取得した個人情報を、あらかじめ明示した利用目的を達成するために必要な範囲で、関連会社及び業務委託先に提供することがあります。この場合においても、契約等によって保護水準を守るよう定めた上で、当社が責任をもって指導・管理を実施し、適切に取り扱います。
